Continuous production of fresh cheese (quark) up to 50% fat in Dry
Matter by the conventional method using a nozzle type Separator. The
machine is converted and serviced by GEA Westfalia Ireland in 2014 to
a Westfalia KNA 3-06-076 model (document of change over available),
for the manufacturing of strained yoghurt. The protein contained in
the coagulated milk is separated from the whey in the rotating bowl
and is continuously discharged through nozzles (nozzles itself are
excluded, have to be ordered new from GEA Westfalia). Equipped for CIP
cleaning. The segment insert prevents the accumulation of protein
between the nozzles and there is no loss of protein. The machine is
mounted on a stainless steel frame with wheels for easy relocation.
Heavy liquid: 1,0 Kg / Dm3. Solids: 2,0 kg / dm3. Machine comes with
the bowl, motor (4 kW), outfeed hopper for ready product located below
(with lid and CIP spray bowl inside), water system with pump, Endress
& Hauser flow transmitter, all inlet/outlet pipes, stainless steel
control panel with 2x Danfoss frequency converters, all motor groups
and GEA Westfalia operation panel and service tools for maintenance.
H5953732 Input flow rate for the coagulated skim milk up to 1.000

on dry matter in the quark, the composition / temperature of the
coagulated skim milk and the size of nozzles used inside the quark
separator)., Type of Machine: Quark separator, Capacity: 250-280 kg
