Coarse screening plant with flip-flow screen box, 3 screen fractions, screening concept: coarse screen (top deck) + flip-flow screen (bottom deck), throughput capacity up to 500 t/h, top deck – screen area: 11 m², cut size: 25x25 mm; 35x35 mm; 50x50 mm, bottom deck (flip-flow, self-cleaning) – screen area: 10 m², cut size: 3.5x3.5 mm; 4x19 mm; 8x8 mm, wired and radio remote control, including various screen liners. This is an extremely high-performance combination of a coarse-particle screen (upper deck) and a tension shaft (lower deck).
The tensioned shaft is particularly well suited to fine separation cuts (e.g. 2 mm) with damp material, where conventional screening technology no longer works. Thanks to the tensioned shaft technology, the screen mats clean themselves and therefore do not become clogged.
