Overview
High-precision industrial installation designed for the automated
preparation and dosing of chemical samples. Built in 2018 by SAGAFLUID
for a Tier 1 energy company (REPSOL), this system combines gravimetric
dosing, controlled heating, and collaborative robotics.
Condition & Usage
The equipment is in excellent condition with very low operational
hours: approximately 350 hours of use between 2019 and 2020. It has
been maintained under industrial standards and includes full technical
documentation.
Key Technical Features
Advanced Dosing System: Equipped with 28 dosing pumps for raw
materials (MM.PP.) and a high-precision gravimetric scale. Includes an
automatic anti-drip system and programmable recipe selection.
Robotic Integration: 1 Collaborative robot for container handling.
1 Robot equipped with a vertical stirrer.
Thermal & Mixing Process: Stainless steel electric heating plate with
adjustable temperature control, programmable stirring, and an
automatic cleaning station for the stirrer (including solvent
dosing).
Internal Logistics: 4-conveyor transport system (2 for empty container
inlet / 2 for processed container outlet).
Operational Capacity: Supports up to 10 x 5L containers or 15 x 150ml
containers.
