Used AMER filling line for still water PET, 5000 BPH, 2
blowersTechnical Specifications & Performance DataThis used bottling
line is configured for still water in PET bottles and combines bottle
production, conveying, rinsing, filling, capping, labeling and
secondary packaging. The line includes two SMF COMBI 400 automatic PET
bottle blow molding machines, an AMER rinsing-filling-capping
monoblock, a SACMI LABELLING OPERA 200 RF labeling machine and an AMER
shrink wrapper.Filling capacity: 4,000–5,000 bph for bottles with
30/25 mm necks.Blowing capacity: up to 4,000 bph on 1.5L bottles
through two SMF COMBI 400 blowers.Labeling capacity: 12,000
bph.Shrink-wrapping capacity: 300 packs/h.Bottle range: 0.25L to 2.5L
for the blow molding section.Available mold formats: 0.33L, 0.6L, 1.5L
and 5.0L, depending on the machine section.Filling monoblock
configuration: 16/18/6.Required installed power: 120 kW.Required hall
surface: approximately 500 m².Advanced Automation & Control
SystemsThe PET bottle blow molding section uses infrared preform
heating with 8 segments, 14 lamps and 550 mm heating elements. The SMF
COMBI 400 machines operate with a 400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz supply and
have an installed power of 56 kW per machine. The labeling machine
operates at 400 V, 50 Hz and is rated at 28 kW and 47 A.The AMER
filling monoblock integrates rinsing, filling and capping in a compact
process block. It is equipped with a HEPA filter and an integrated CIP
aggregate with disinfection, supporting hygienic beverage production
and efficient internal cleaning procedures.Production Line Integration
CapabilitiesThis complete bottling line is designed as an integrated
PET packaging solution for still water production. Preforms are
handled by the SMF hopper and supplied to the blow molding machines,
while air conveying transfers formed PET bottles toward the filling
section. After rinsing, filling and capping, bottles are labeled with
OPP foil and transferred to the shrink wrapper for pack
formation.Machine typeManufacturer / modelYearBlow Molding MachineSMF

line supports PET bottle formats used in still water beverage
production, including 0.33L, 0.5L, 0.6L, 1.0L, 1.5L, 2.0L and 5.0L
formats across its different sections. Filling neck compatibility
includes 30 mm and 48 mm necks.Machine Condition & Maintenance
HistoryThe line is well preserved and has been regularly serviced. The
SACMI LABELLING OPERA 200 RF recorded 8,902 switch-on hours and 2,467
running hours as of 28 October 2022, with 2,872,896 bottles processed.
This second hand bottling equipment is suitable for buyers seeking an
integrated PET still water production line with documented operating
data from the labeling section.Operational Performance &
VersatilityThe line is dedicated to still water beverage production in
PET containers. The two SMF blow molding machines provide on-site PET
bottle production from preforms, while the filling monoblock manages
the core rinsing, filling and capping stages. The SACMI LABELLING
machine applies OPP foil labels, providing a suitable labeling
solution for high-volume industrial packaging applications. The shrink
wrapper is configured for 2×3 and 3×4 pack formats and features
stainless steel construction. The SMF SR 10000 sorter and bottle
lifter is rated up to 12,000 bph on 0.5L bottles, with capacities
adapted to larger bottle sizes.Installation Requirements & Site
PreparationInstallation requires approximately 500 m² of hall surface
and a total installed power provision of 120 kW. The line uses
three-phase electrical supplies, principally 380 V or 400 V at 50 Hz.
The blow molding section requires compressed blowing air, cooling
water at 3 bar and 7–10 °C, and cooling capacity of 6,000
kcal/h.Air transport is included with an approximate length of 6 m. A
compressor is not included, so suitable compressed-air infrastructure
is required for operation of the blow molding and pneumatic systems.
The chiller uses R-407C refrigerant for process cooling.Safety
Standards & Compliance CertificationThe filling monoblock incorporates
a HEPA filter, integrated CIP aggregate and disinfection system to
support hygienic filling operations for still water. The shrink
wrapper has stainless steel construction, supporting durability in
industrial packaging environments. Electrical installation,
compressed-air connections, cooling-water systems and machine guarding
should be assessed during commissioning to ensure safe integration
into the production facility.
