The DMG MORI NHX8000, built in 2018, is a precision machine center designed for versatile and high-performance manufacturing applications. Operated by the F31iB CELOS CNC controller, it offers substantial axis travel with X, Y, and Z dimensions of 1,400 mm, 1,200 mm, and 1,350 mm, respectively, along with a B-axis rotation of 0.001°. The machine features a robust spindle capable of 15,000 rpm and 30/25 kW power, complemented by an 800x800 mm worktable across seven pallets. Additional equipment includes an electronic handwheel, chip conveyor, RENISHAW OMP60 infrared M5963911 probe, and a M5963911 comprehensive tool system. The unit includes a new replacement spindle and offers enhanced functionality with AI Contour Control and Machine Protection Control. Currently available with a spindle working time of approximately 25,000 hours.
