We offer an automatic horizontal channel baler Presona LP40 EH1 from 2012, designed for baling cardboard, waste paper, film, plastics, PET bottles, foams, and other recyclable waste. The machine is equipped with a pre-press and operates in a line with a belt conveyor (visible in the photos).

Tests, technical acceptance, and commissioning:

It is possible to conduct test runs of the baler at our company using material supplied by the Customer – this allows verification of throughput, bale density, and process settings.
The machine price includes technical acceptance with a test run at our premises using the Customer’s material.

Upon request, we assist with:

selection of infeed conveyors, roller tables for bale discharge, wrappers, weighing systems, etc.,
integration of the Presona LP40 EH1 baler with an existing recycling or waste-management installation.
