hand complete bottling line is offered as industrial packaging
equipment with component manufacturing years identified on the
available machine plates. The filling monoblock and labeling machine
were manufactured in 2020, while the shrink packaging machine is
marked 2013. Buyers should assess installation layout, format parts,
utilities and operational commissioning requirements for their
intended production environment.Operational Performance &
VersatilityThe line is intended for glass-bottled still water and
sparkling water. Compatible bottle families include 0.25L and 0.75L
formats with MCA 28 neck configurations. The 0.25L bottles have
nominal capacities of 250 ml, while the larger bottles have nominal
capacities of 750 ml. The stated 0.75L bottle designs use MCA 28 neck
finishes in accordance with HRN ISO 9057, and the Mineralina 0.25L
bottle uses an MCA 28 BG neck finish in accordance with DIN
6094-14.Glass bottle handling is supported by the filling monoblock,
labeling machine, packaging machine and conveyors. This configuration
is suitable for a production line requiring filling, labeling, shrink
packaging and in-line transfer of finished bottled water.Installation
Requirements & Site PreparationInstallation requires a production area
designed for inline placement of the filling monoblock, labeling
machine, shrink packaging machine and conveyors. Electrical
infrastructure must support the packaging machine supply of 220V at 50
- 60Hz with 2.2 kW installed power. Site planning should provide safe
operator access, bottle infeed and finished-pack discharge routes, as
well as suitable utilities for the filling process and conveyor
operation. The Tehnometal filling monoblock has a recorded machine
weight of 5500 kg. The Tehnometal labeling machine has a recorded
machine weight of 3600 kg. The YMS shrink packaging machine has a
recorded weight of 250 kg.Safety Standards & Compliance
CertificationThe YMS shrink packaging machine carries CE marking and
is equipped with an emergency-stop control. During commissioning, the
complete used bottling line should be installed with appropriate
guarding, conveyor protection, electrical isolation and emergency-stop
access. Operating procedures should address safe glass bottle
handling, hot shrink-film packaging areas and routine maintenance
activities.
