The Waukesha Cherry-Burrell 015 is a rotary positive displacement pump
which can handle dairy products (e.g., yoghurt, quark, curd and
butter), solids (e.g., cherries and olives), slurries, pastes, and a
variety of liquids. If wetted, they offer self-priming performance. A
gentle pumping action minimizes product degradation. They also offer
continuous and intermittent reversible flows and can operate dry for
brief periods of time. Flow is relatively independent of changes in
process pressure to, so output is relatively constant and continuous.
Duo - twin wing stainless steel lobes. Nominal displacement: 0,054
liter per revolution. Maximum nominal capacity: 2,0 m3/h. Inlet /
Outlet connection: 1-1/2. Maximum product pressure: 13,8 bar. Maximum
pump speed: 700 rpm. The pump is used in a ice cream factory for
product pumping. The current motor with this pump is 0,75 kW - 1,395
rpm - 380/420 V - 50 Hz - 1,95/2,20 A. The lobe speed is converted to
134 rpm, which results in a capacity of 435 ltr/h. Pump and motor
mounted on a stainless steel frame with 4x wheels. Control panel with
Danfoss frequency converter for speed adjustment. Including singled
jacketed hopper with lid of ± 115 liter, diameter 53 cm, internal
height: 53 cm, E&H liquiphant FTL 360 levelindicator, pneumatic inlet
valve and manual outlet valve., Type of Machine: Rotary positive
displacement pumps - Lobe pumps, Stock Number: 1490, Nominal
